Cibeles de Cine returns this summer to the Galería de Cristal of the Palacio de Cibeles, consolidating its position as the most spectacular and complete summer cinema in Madrid. Celebrating its tenth anniversary, this space offers much more than screenings: it is a cultural and social experience that combines cinema, art, gastronomy and special activities in an emblematic and air-conditioned environment, ideal for enjoying the seventh art without worrying about the summer heat of Madrid.
Located in the heart of Madrid (Plaza de Cibeles, 1), Cibeles de Cine stands out for its impressive glass roof, its capacity for 650 people, comfortable seats and low tables, and a restaurant area with options for all tastes, including vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free menus. Technical quality is another of its strengths: high-definition screen and sound through wireless headphones for an immersive experience.
Cibeles in Cinema program
The 2025 program includes more than 70 titles, from major recent releases such as Anora, Wicked, Los pecadores or Emilia Pérez to essential classics such as Annie Hall, Dirty Dancing, Pulp Fiction, Breakfast at Tiffany’s and Jaws. Saturdays are dedicated to family movies, with films for all audiences such as Lilo & Stitch, The Princess Bride and Vaiana 2. In addition, this year special anniversaries are celebrated, such as the centenary of Chaplin’s The Golden Chimera and the 75th anniversary of Twilight of the Gods.
Cibeles de Cine is not only cinema: the 2025 edition includes the Pop Icons exhibition by Flore Maquin, with pop portraits of great figures of cinema, and Cinetronik events, where silent films merge with live electronic music. Some sessions will feature discussions and the presence of guests from the technical or artistic team, making each night a unique event for film buffs and the curious.
Tickets cost 6 € at the box office and 7 € online, with special packs that include drinks or food. The restaurant area opens at 8:00 pm and the complete program and advance sales are available at cibelesdecine.com.
