DiverXO, the restaurant with three Michelin Stars of the Madrid chef Dabiz Muñoz, will change location again. This was confirmed by the chef himself to Nil Ojeda in an interview published this Sunday by the content creator on his YouTube channel.
The video, which explores the inner workings of the flagship of the man who has been elected three times as the World’s Best Chef by The Best Chef Awards, ends with Muñoz’s revelation: “We have one more location change, this is not going to be the definitive one“, he announced.
Although it cannot be said that the news of the move itself is a surprise – the restaurant was scheduled to open elsewhere in 2022, something that did not happen in the end at La Finca – what is new is that the Madrid-born chef has already decided on the future location.

Not only that, there is already an estimated date on the horizon for this change to take place: Muñoz expects it to happen within a year and a half.
The restaurant, which is currently located at the NH Eurobuilding in Chamartín (Calle del Padre Damián, 23), can be considered nomadic due to its history: it has been located on Calle Pensamiento and Francisco Medrano, where it began its journey almost 20 years ago.
What will the next DiverXO be like?

As the Madrid chef explained to Ojeda, “the motivation to continue with DiverXO is to continue redefining the rules, to continue being super creative. To redefine what a haute cuisine restaurant with three Michelin stars is”.
That’s why, he points out, nothing of what is seen in the current DiverXO will be maintained in its next reopening: “the DNA may persevere, but we are going to redefine 100% what DiverXO is. What moves me right now is to keep breaking the rules and try to continue being avant-garde, opening new doors”. The unknown will be where they will open next time.
