Dua Lipa, the pop diva and fashion icon who celebrated her birthday in Spain this year, will return to our country in spring 2025. She will give a concert at the Wizink Center on Sunday 11 and Monday 12 May. Many fans of the singer have gotten their tickets, as two ticket presales have already been organized: one of them on September 18 through the artist’s website, and another on Thursday 19 on the official website of the Live Nation ticketing company. However, many others have complained about how difficult it is to get off the waiting list and are still trying.
What to know before buying tickets
Today, September 20, has begun the general sale of tickets to see Dua Lipa in Madrid in the official tiqueteras of the event: Ticketmaster, Livenation and El Corte Ingles. All three warn that tickets are not transferable, so they can only be downloaded from the website or app of the authorized sites to sell them. On the day of the concert, it will not be possible to show them on paper, pdf or screenshot: it will be strictly forbidden.
To avoid illegal resale, the tickets will not arrive immediately after purchase, but will be sent to the buyer only two days before the concert. In contrast to other large concerts, there will also be no Fan To Fan: the purchase or sale of tickets between Dua Lipa fans through the official sales sites will not be allowed.
How are the waiting lists going?
As of 12:35 a.m., Live Nation’s website had more than 59,300 people on the waiting list for Sunday’s concert and more than 58,500 for Monday’s concert. Some influencers have complained through their social networks about the incredible demand for tickets and the confusion created among fans by the two-day presale. “It’s harder to get a ticket for Dua Lipa than it is to buy a house in central Madrid,” Jota Whites exploded in a video.
