The fascination for dinosaurs of Aaron Mitchell, the younger brother of The Mitchell Family vs. the Machinesif it can be defined in any way is universal. To this day, these creatures continue to generate great curiosity in young and old and, to satisfy it, a Madrid municipality is hosting this weekend only a large interactive exhibition of dinosaurs under the name of Dinosaurs in the city.
Thus, only during the 5th and 6th of October, the bullring La Candelaria, in Valdemorillo, will become an authentic Jurassic scenario with more than thirty animatronic replicas of different species of these extinct inhabitants of the Earth.
In addition to the replicas of these impressive creatures that inhabited our planet millions of years ago, the exhibition also has a children’s area where the little ones can color their favorite dinosaur. In addition, there are activities for the whole family such as digging fossils or climbing on the back of a T-Rex.
Dinosaur exhibition opening hours and prices
The exhibition can be visited on Saturday from 11 am to 2 pm and from 4 pm to 9 pm and on Sunday until 8 pm. On the other hand, as for tickets, they are priced at 10€ per person and can be purchased either directly at the box office or online through Ticketrona.
Another option to see dinosaurs is to take a trip to the Paleontological Museum of Castilla-La Mancha (MUPA), where life-size replicas of specimens such as the Dromeosaurus, the Titanosaurus, the Chirotherium, the Mantelisaurus or the Concavenator are exhibited.
For this purpose, once a year Renfe offers seats for the Paleontological and Heritage Train of Cuenca, which includes guided visits to the museum and the cathedral.
