Three Spanish teams are vying for a spot in the Final Four
One Spanish team, Unicaja Málaga (the reigning BCL champion), has already secured its spot in the Final Four after winning two quarterfinal playoff games against ALBA Berlin. The other team already qualified is Rytas Vilnius, which, like Unicaja, gave its opponent no quarter.
The other two teams that have reached this stage, La Laguna Tenerife and Asisa Joventut, will still have to face off once more against their rivals,Galatasaray MCT Technic and AEK BC, respectively. Each team won one game, so everything is on the line in the third match, which will decide the best-of-three series. The final decision comes on Wednesday, April 15.
