A communications giant has founded its own private club in the financial heart of the capital: Forbes Spain has inaugurated a 2,000-square-meter, five-story space that has become a meeting point for well-known figures in the city.
The house, at number 5 Amador de los Ríos Street, brings together key figures from the business, sports, cultural, media and political worlds. The Forbes team has drawn on its knowledge of Madrid’s most influential personalities to select the founding members, who are in charge of choosing who can join the club. The approval of at least two of them is required for entry.
The club will have a restaurant with premium dining experiences devised by Adolfo Santos. The chef has worked at prestigious restaurants such as Saddle, a haute cuisine project that in less than five years has already earned a Michelin star. The executive chef will work hand in hand with Angelo Altobelli, who will lead the entire beverage section, and Francisco Cantos, the head waiter and sommelier expert.
In addition to the gastro area, Forbes House will have rooms for events of all kinds (including an auditorium), a library and a rooftop terrace overlooking Chamberí. All spaces have been designed to foster collaboration and connection among club members.
Andrés Rodríguez, president of Forbes House Madrid, has stated that the club is “the home of the entrepreneur, the business illusionist, the project dreamer, the business agitator, the motivational conjurer, and of course, it could be your home too”.
