With the first weekend of the San Isidro festivities over, the Meadow is approaching its big day. Although it is Monday, today the music will continue to sound on the main stage of the Parque de San Isidro.
Today, May 12, at 8 pm the Yelena Lafargue Choir, formed by children and teenagers, will reinterpret songs from musical theater and classics of choral music. This past Christmas they also performed in the Plaza Mayor, although on that occasion with Christmas carols and songs typical of those dates.
The Galician singer-songwriter Javi Chapela will continue at 9:30 p.m. on the big stage of the Pradera de San Isidro. Intimate lyrics and a sound close to indie-rock, with hits such as Marineda and Sin tiempo para bailar, will be part of tonight’s proposal.
- 8:00 p.m.: Yelena Lafargue Choir (main stage)
