After an intense day of concerts, pilgrimages and other outdoor activities, a fireworks show will light up two neighborhoods of Madrid on the night of San Isidro. It will start at 11:59 pm on Thursday, May 15.
For a few minutes, there will be a great display of full-color fireworks illuminating the sky of the Pradera – next to the Ermita del Santo, as tradition dictates – and the Puerta de Toledo. At both points of the city there will be thousands of people looking for the best place to take pictures, so it is advisable to arrive in advance.
