To comply with its strategic growth plan (‘4E’, 2024-2026), Mango is opening a 1,500-square-meter store in Plaza de España. Along with the one in Serrano, it is the brand’s only store in Madrid with four lines in the same building. In addition, it can boast of being the third flagshipof the firm in the capital.
According to reports El Español, the new Mango store features fashion lines for men, women, teensand kids. There are ample fitting rooms and adaptive lighting on each floor. It also has a click and collectpointfor pickup and return of items, as well as an advisory service for customers. On the other hand, it has tools to enhance the shopper experience through technology, such as stock online or e-ticket sales.
Another of its great attractionsis on its first floor: there is a lounge (or relaxation area) overlooking the plaza, perfect for resting after a long day of shoppingaround the city.
Last July, Mango closed the semester of highest turnover it has had in its forty-year history: a figure of more than 1,543 million euros in profits was recorded. The United States, Turkey, France, Germany and Spain are the countries where the brand has received the most profits.
Their results could be related to the affordable prices of its garments and the commitment to the quality of its collections, which it has developed thanks to collaborations with high-end brands (Boglioli, for example) and designers as famous as Victoria Beckham.
The Plan 4E(elevate, expand, earn and empower) aims to exceed 4 billion euros in revenue by 2026. To this end, the company set out to open 500 stores around the world within 2 years.
