One more year the Christmas program in Madrid includes among its spaces the Centro de Cultura Contemporánea Conde Duque (calle del Conde Duque, 11), which this year 2025 will host an immersive videomapping on the facades of its Central Patio under the title A Christmas of Light.
This videomapping is the work of the artist José Vaaliña, who has designed it specifically for the occasion and for this particular location together with the multimedia art studio Eyesberg -with presence in festivals such as LuzMadrid-.
The proposal aims to immerse the audience in “an emotional journey through the different meanings of one of the most profound and universal symbols of Christmas: light”.
The light show, whose admission is free and free until full capacity is reached, can be seen from Wednesday 17 to Tuesday December 23, from 18:30h to 23h.
A choir concert as a finale
On the last day of the show, December 23, and coinciding with the eve of Christmas Eve, Una Navidad de Luz will say goodbye to Madrid with a concert by the Coro de Voces Graves de Madrid with soprano Sonia de Munck.
There will be three performances -at 7 pm, 8 pm and 9 pm- and the repertoire will consist of traditional Christmas carols arranged by Conrad Susa.
