Three partners from Madrid launched Brandy Be a couple of years ago with a clear vision: to go beyond the typical flea market and create weekend events designed as a complete experience, especially for families. Their markets are usually held on Sundays and combine fashion, home decor, and lifestyle stalls with children’s activities, magic shows, face painting, live music or DJs, and even special themes based on the season or specific dates.
The project began in Pozuelo and, little by little, has been gaining momentum and expanding its reach: first Alcobendas, then Las Rozas, and now, finally, on Bravo Murillo Street in Chamberí—a neighborhood they’ve been eager to bring the event to—where they’ll hold their first edition in central Madrid on the 5th from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., closing off the street to turn it into a small open-air design festival.

One of Brandy Be’s hallmarks is its carefully curated mix of vendors: they combine sellers from the iconic Majadahonda flea market with emerging brands and designer labels, creating a unique selection that, they say, is what sets them apart from other markets. In addition to these markets—their main activity—they also organize afternoon events and other formats, always with the goal of building a community around the brands and the public.
At this first event in Chamberí, there won’t be any food stalls yet, but they will be included in future editions, as the goal is to establish a monthly event on the first Sunday of each month (with a break in August) that combines shopping, family fun, and great music. On Sunday, July 5, they promise plenty of new features, special brands, and lots of new things to discover right in the heart of Madrid.
