Action, one of the low-cost chains that has expanded the most in recent years in the Community of Madrid—where it already has 15 locations—is opening a new store in the region this Thursday, located in the municipality of Getafe, specifically at the Imagina Getafe Retail Park (Calle Carpinteros, 1).
This new location, the second in the municipality—the first opened at the Bulevar Getafe Shopping Center— features a store space of approximately 832 square meters and employs a team of 18 people.
“We are very pleased to open this new store in Getafe, four years after opening our first location in Spain. Customers have welcomed us with enthusiasm, and we are happy to bring the Action concept to them,” said Francisco Nuñez Aparicio, General Manager of Action Spain.
This new store will be open every day, Monday through Sunday, from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Action products in Getafe
The formula Nuñez Aparicio refers to involves a pricing policy under which more than two-thirds of all products cost less than 2 euros.
Added to this is the variety of its product range: a selection of 6,000 items, spread across 14 categories ranging from toys and crafts to home goods, gardening, DIY, and food.
In addition, to adapt to “varying needs and preferences,” 150 new products are introduced every week.
