Given the complicated housing situation in the Community of Madrid, the few options for accessing affordable public housing are seen as an oasis in a desert. In this context, the CAM will open the registration process on May 11 for 524 affordable rental units in Boadilla del Monte. The properties under the regional Plan Vive will be available this summer to the lucky few selected in the lottery.
The new development is located on Fray Bartolomé de las Casas Street, in a new area of Boadilla that continues to expand rapidly. The residential complex features 109 one-bedroom homes, 246 two-bedroom homes, and 169 three-bedroom homes, 21 of which are accessible to people with limited mobility. Common facilities include a swimming pool, a sports court, a gym, a playground, and parking.
The Regional Minister of Housing, Transportation, and Infrastructure, Jorge Rodrigo, visited the model apartment today and explained that the regional government has already delivered 5,363 units under this public-private partnership model in ten towns across Madrid. Additionally, the administration will complete the construction of another 3,000 units by the end of 2026.

As with the rest of CAM’s affordable housing, applicants for these units must be of legal age and hold Spanish citizenship or legal residency. The program’s regulations give priority to residents who have been registered or employed in Boadilla del Monte for at least three years.
The award requires that the home be the applicant’s primary residence and prohibits owning another property in their name. Financial eligibility is determined based on the IPREM. The monthly rent will never exceed 35% of the household’s annual income.
Interested parties may submit their applications starting at 9:00 a.m. on May 11 through the management company’s digital platform.
