On the seventh floor of the Four Seasons Hotel Madrid, on the rooftop overlooking Calle Sevilla, the most luxurious brunch —and one of the most expensive in the capital—is served every Sunday. Dani Brasserie has turned the Sunday ritual into a feast featuring an all-you-can-eat buffet of seafood, oysters, Iberian ham, and à la carte hot dishes, all set against stunning views of downtown and an atmosphere that blends a five-star hotel, fine dining, and a fantastic weekend getaway.
The restaurant is decorated as you’d expect from Madrid’s most expensive hotel: glass, marble, a terrace with views, and an interior that blends the elegance of a brasserie with contemporary touches. The cuisine bears the signature of Dani García, one of Spain’s most Michelin-starred chefs, who presents a menu here designed for brunch but with the technical skill and quality of ingredients expected of his reputation.
Dani’s Sunday Brunch is served on Sundays from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and features buffet-style stations combined with hot dishes ordered at the table, creating a hybrid experience: on one hand, you can get up and explore endless stations; on the other, you have table service with dishes that could be part of a tasting menu.
An all-you-can-eat buffet of seafood, oysters, and Iberian ham
The heart of the brunch lies in its self-service spread. The stations are scattered throughout the dining room:
- A corner featuring freshly baked breads, with an artisanal bakery and premium olive oils to start the dining experience with something as simple—and as well-crafted—as bread and olive oil.
- A cheese and Iberian cured meat board, where a master carver slices Iberian ham right before your eyes, accompanied by a selection of artisanal cheeses from Spain and around the world.
- Dairy products and toppings: yogurts, granola, homemade compotes, and fruit, designed for those who want a lighter start or to create their own bowl.
- The raw seafood bar takes center stage: seafood of the day, fresh oysters, ceviches, tartares, smoked salmon, and other cold dishes, with live cooking demonstrations featuring fish such as sea bass baked in salt.
All of this is included as an all-you-can-eat buffet in the price of brunch: you can go back for seconds as many times as you like, pairing oysters with ham, cheeses with seafood, or breads with olive oils, depending on your craving at the moment.
À la carte hot dishes (also included)
In addition to the buffet, there’s a menu of hot dishes that are ordered at the table and are also included in the price. Highlights include:
- Pancakes and other brunch classics.
- Eggs Benedict with Iberian ham or with nori-wrapped salmon and caviar.
- Scrambled eggs and other market-fresh dishes.
- A mortadella bikini.
- A pressed croissant with Iberian cooked ham and Comté cheese.
- Dani García’s famous Rossini Burger.
- Dani’s Club Sandwich, a sophisticated take on the classic club sandwich.
The best part is that you don’t have to choose just one: you can try several dishes, go back for seconds of your favorites, and combine the hot menu with whatever you’ve picked out from the raw seafood bar or the charcuterie table.
In addition, during service, daily specials fresh from the kitchen are passed around the tables, such as sea bass baked in salt or cuts of meat prepared to order. It’s a way to add an element of surprise and live cooking to the brunch experience.
Three set-price menus: Alcalá, Sevilla, and Dani

The experience is organized into three fixed-price packages, all of which include water, coffee, and soft drinks:
- Alcalá (€125): includes access to the buffet and the selection of à la carte dishes, with non-alcoholic beverages.
- Seville (€155): add to the above a beverage menu featuring house white and red wines, manzanilla, and the so-called “Healthy Sips,” the restaurant’s own take on the mimosa.fourseasons+2
- Dani (€220): the most exclusive option, which includes unlimited classic cocktails (Negroni, Paloma, Bloody Mary) and Champagne—Ruinart or Louis Roederer, depending on the version.
With these prices, Dani Brasserie’s brunch clearly ranks at the top of Madrid’s brunch and buffet offerings: 125 euros for the “basic” version and up to 220 euros if you want the seafood, ham, and hot dishes to be paired with unlimited cocktails and champagne.
