Nostalgia sometimes works as an engine to create new things, this is the case of Arcade Rebirth. This space has recovered the essence of the mythical arcades of the 80s and 90s for a whole new generation of players.
Located at Avenida de la Democracia number 7 (Vallecas) and managed by a non-profit association, this space brings together more than a dozen iconic machines, from Sega Blast City to Pump It Up, in a room that evokes the original atmosphere of neon lights, electronic music and accelerated pulses in each game. Here, young and nostalgic alike can choose from day passes, weekend passes or monthly subscriptions to play without limits and discover – or relive – the magic of the classic arcade and discover new machines.

An arcade of more than 200 m²
More than just a game room, Arcade Rebirth is an intergenerational meeting point and a refuge where “to recover the values of the arcades of the 90s with which we feel identified,” the association explains. The soul of this project lies in reviving the cultural legacy of the arcades and sharing it with those who never lived it, but giving it a more modern twist with tournaments and events with concerts and even DJ nights. Here it is common to see people rediscovering their favorite title as well as parents teaching arcades to their children.
This “arcade” offers two different game modes: daily passes starting at 15 € for those who want a one-time visit, and monthly subscriptions with unlimited games for those who do not know when to finish the game.
