This year, Shein has become the leading online fashion brand in Spain. To connect with its customers beyond the screens, opens a new pop up in the capital coinciding with Black Friday; shopping day par excellence. However, unlike other ephemeral stores, not everyone can enter: it is necessary to have an invitation to acquire a place.
From Tuesday 26 to Saturday November 28, Casa Shein will be at the Palacio de Santa Barbara (Alonso Martinez) with workshops and offers. During the three days of pop up there will be clothing, accessories, toys, home decor and more items ideal for Christmas gifts.
This is the first event in which the Chinese chain includes strategic partners to promote its products in Spain. CREATE, DueHome, Dr. Botanicals, Skin Chemists, Spagnolo, Hasbro, Warner and Nike Perfumes are some of them. Each offers an experience tied to the holiday season. Skinchemists and Dr. Botanicals are bringing activities to the palace to find out the secrets to a perfect facial routine, and the CREATE brand is giving a workshop to decorate gingerbread cookies.
There will also be a talk by Vanessa Travieso, personal organizer and presenter of Cousas da Casa (Televisión de Galicia), who will teach visitors her best tricks for keeping the house tidy at Christmas.
This is not the first time Shein has made its way into Spain outside of online sales. In June 2022 it opened its first ephemeral store on Calle Sandoval, which caused a sensation. In April 2024 it repeated the experience: the brand organized the largest pop up in its history with 900 square meters in the ABC building in Serrano.
