After the historic episode experienced this Monday, April 28, the Ministry of Transport and Mobility is providing updated information about public and commercial train services after the blackout.
Below, we detail the status of train services in the case of Madrid.
Public service trains
Lines recovering service with reduced services.
- Cercanías Madrid. Service planned at 50% on all lines, except on the sections between Pinto and Aranjuez and Guadalajara-Alcalá de Henares, which will not run from the beginning. Service will be provided from Humanes to Atocha on the Madrid C-5, in both directions.
