Just when the heat in Madrid starts to be overwhelming, the most aquatic plans are back. The reopening of Parque Warner Beach, the largest themed water park in the Community, has arrived when temperatures reach 36 °C in the capital and aims to replace heat waves with real waves. Located in San Martín de la Vega, next to Parque Warner Madrid, Warner Beach offers more than 40,000 m² of fun and relaxation for the whole family, with more than 13 water attractions for all ages and tastes.
The park focuses on the DC Super Heroes and Hanna-Barbera universe, which makes each area a different experience. For the little ones, the Baby Waves and Malibu Beach area has themed wave pools with a surf school and Looney Tunes beach booths. In the family zone, Malibu Beach simulates a real beach with fine sand, hammocks and a giant wave pool.
Water and adrenaline at Warner Beach Park.
Adrenaline lovers will find their place in attractions such as Batman: The Shadow of the Bat, with spectacular drops and turns, the Superman: The Flight multitrack, or the giant funnel of the Joker. Among the most visited attractions are Harley Quinn: The Getaway, Wonder Woman: Leap into Paradise, and the impressive Black Manta, a 120-meter-long, 14-meter-high tornado wave slide.
This season, Warner Beach is also hosting the second edition of the Rubber Duck Solidarity Race with the Red Cross, to be held on July 31. Visitors can collaborate by purchasing a solidarity duck for 4 €, available at the park and online, and participate in a symbolic race in the Rio Loco attraction. The funds raised will be used for training and job placement for young people.
