An ice cream festival might seem like a fantasy out of a child’s imagination, but the Gelato Festival is not only a reality, it also produces an annual ranking of the best artisan ice creams in the world on the list Gelato Festival World Ranking. This 2024 has already announced the winners and the one chosen as the fifth best artisan ice cream shop in the world has a location in Madrid.
It is Véneta Gelato Italiano, owned by master gelato maker Maurizio Melani, which has four stores in the following cities Valencia and, since the summer of last year, it has also had its own premises at the center of Madrid the restaurant is located at number 15 in calle del Carmen.
