This Saturday, September 19, Gilda Fest by Rita’s is coming to the capital . It’s a 12-hour event (from 12:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.), perfect for gilda lovers, at the Autocine Madrid.
According to the organizers, this is “Spain’s largest gilda food festival” and will feature more than 50 varieties of gildas from across the country. Olives, piparra peppers, and anchovies skewered on a toothpick: this is the pincho that needs no formal introduction to be recognized. And, of course, there will be something for everyone—from the most classic offerings to the most daring ones. In short, a parade of flavors for every taste.
