A visit to one of Madrid’s amusement parks usually includes a walk through some of our best childhood memories. We come back as adults to recall them or to create new ones with the little ones who are now with you.
The adrenaline, the immersion in different stories that take us away from reality or our time, and the simplest fun make theme parks one of the pillars of today’s leisure.
1. Madrid Amusement Park

The Parque de Atracciones is one of those places where childhood memories are forged when you grew up in the capital, no doubt this is one of the plans in Madrid to do sooner or later.
The big attractions of the park are the roller coasters Abismo, Tornado, Vertigo and other classics like La Lanzadera, Star Flyer or Tarantula. In addition, the 2023 season will see the return of the horror ride with The Walking Dead Experience. Those brave enough to dare will travel inside the most mythical scenes of the series, such as the Governor’s house, Terminus Station, the prison or even the hospital where it all begins, while the zombies advance.

2. Babylon Park: the country’s first indoor park.

In a city with amusement parks inspired by series and movies, Babylon Park stands out for its space theme (and its roof!). Bright neon lights, endless arcades and spaceships that look like something out of a sci-fi movie. A place designed for all ages and for thrill-seekers under cover (as long as they meet the minimum height of 90 cm to ride the rides).
More than 100 arcade machines, virtual reality zones, a spinning pot, shuttle and flying chairs are just some of the attractions that await at the Westfiel Leganés Shopping Center.
