The almost proverbial definition that speaks of Madrid in terms of the duality between hell and winter makes one thing clear: during the months of hell, there are few things to do outdoors. And the time when free concerts can be enjoyed in the city barely lasts a window made up of May, June and September.
And it is precisely in that second window, that of June, in which the closing concerts of the South Summit Madrid 2024 Festival will be held.
On Saturday, June 7, starting at 7 p.m., the Plaza de España will host three free concerts by local, national and international established artists. This is where the names of Judeline -who has already performed in getafe’s festivities and in Radio On-and the popular French DJ Martin Solveig.
What is the South Summit Madrid 2024 Festival?
The thirteenth edition of this festival focuses on technological and innovation developments through themes such as virtual reality, AI and robots.
The festival involves a global meeting of entrepreneurship that will be held from June 5 to 6 at the La Nave space (former Boetticher Factory). And this event will be attended by prominent names such as Marc Randolph (co-founder of Netflix) or Uri Levine (co-founder of Waze).
Additionally, the festival will take to the streets from June 1-5 to bring the latest trends to the people of Madrid in what is defined as “a vibrant technology showcase”.
