The farmers’ markets have been acquiring an increasingly important role in the daily lives of the people of Madrid and having local, organic, quality products at hand without intermediaries is always appreciated.
Over the last year the number of farmers’ markets in Madrid has increased to the point that every weekend there is one open in the city.
Mercado de Productores de Latina

It has been the last one to join the offer of producers’ markets in the city and its activity will start next March. It will have a total of 42 stalls among which you can find meats, vegetables, fruits, vegetables, oils, natural juices, cheeses, dairy products, eggs and honey, sweets, herbal and herbalist products, vermouth, wines, beers and distillates.
📍Location: Europa park (on Fray José Cerdeiriña street with turn to Fuente del Tiro street).

Planetario Municipal Producers Market (Arganzuela).

Over the years it has become a reference for this type of markets, where small traders gather from 10h to 16h to offer products ranging from oils, meats, preserves, vegetables and legumes to cheeses offer of obrador and different types of liquors, beers and distillates. In addition, from 12 noon onwards, activities such as entertainment, live music, workshops and tastings will be added to the stalls.

Vallecas Municipal Producers’ Market
The Mercado de Productores de Vallecas was officially born in September 2024, and since then it provides the neighbors of the district with a wide range of fruits, vegetables, meats, sausages and sweets, all organic and handmade from 10am to 4pm.
Although most of the products sold here are from Madrid’s fields (for that reason of encouraging proximity consumption), it also occasionally welcomes star snacks from other communities (black pudding from Burgos, Galician beef…).

Alcobendas Producers Market
With the intention of reducing the distribution chain, eliminating intermediaries and “putting a face and eyes to food” the Alcobendas Producers Market is born. An event designed to publicize the products of small traders who, for different circumstances, do not have access to sell in large supermarkets.
On the second Sunday of each month, from 10 am to 4 pm, 45 producers from the area come to Alcobendas to show -and taste- their products. But that’s not all: at aperitif time, the different stalls are joined by a small live music concert and a bar serving vermouth and craft beer, as well as children’s activities for the little ones. A perfect plan for the most curious Sunday-goers.

Valdebebas Producers’ Market
On the last Sunday of every month, the Francisco de AsĂs Cabrero square in Valdebebas becomes from 10am to 4pm the meeting point for organic producers and artisans who seek to bring the countryside – and its delicacies – to this neighborhood in the northwest of the city. With a total of 36 producers and an interesting range of activities from 12 noon, this market is crowned as one of the best Sunday plans in the area.
Among its offer, we can find natural and organic products, canned food, pickles, drinks, sweets… to buy and, of course, to taste. As it is already a tradition in this type of market, the market’s own products can be tasted in situ, which promotes, as explained on its website “culture and gastronomic, healthy and quality leisure”.

Market Day of the Cámara Agraria (Casa de Campo).
Among the farmers’ markets, in addition to the municipal ones, we also have the Cámara Agraria Market Day, which has been held once a month since 2011 (on their website they announce the upcoming dates). Here you can buy quality produce, from Madrid and at a good price, without intermediaries.
If you are not sure what is grown in the Community, here you can find out because each exhibitor indicates where it has been planted. In addition, it is a good way to rediscover another part of the Casa de Campo and take the opportunity to stroll through this lung of the city.
