In a few days time, walking through Casa de Campo, the largest public park in Madrid, and coming across a life-size dinosaur will be the norm. The reason has to do with the arrival in the capital of Saurios. The Exbition, one of the largest exhibitions in Europe dedicated to these fascinating creatures.
It will be the Puerta del Ángel Stage (on the Embarcadero promenade of the Casa de Campo Fairgrounds) that will house, over 4,000 square meters, more than 100 life-size dinosaurs. Some of them, moreover, are animatronic.
Among them is a large T-Rex that reaches 9 meters high and 15 meters long, which for a greater impression of realism is accompanied by sound and movement.
The visit will be guided by explorers who will tell visitors about their Jurassic adventures and, in the case of the youngest visitors, they will have the opportunity to show what they know about these animals that continue to cause so much fascination today.
Behind the exhibition are, by the way, Producers of Smiles, who last year installed FUNBOX in this same space.
Dates and tickets
Saurios. The Exhibition can be visited from March 14 to June 1, 2025. Tickets can be purchased through this link and have the following prices:
- Adult ticket: 18€.
- Child ticket (up to 12 years old): 14€.
- Children under 2 years old: no ticket required
On the other hand, during DinoDays (marked on the web calendar with a dinosaur footprint) the ticket price is 12€.
