A country setting in which to find from crafts to foodtrucks: the Mercado de las Conchas returns with a spring edition that will take place only two days, April 26 and 27, at the Casa Verde de Torrelodones (Avenida de Rosario Manzaneque, 25). On this occasion, the event will bring together some thirty artisans and emerging brands of fashion, ceramics, jewelry, decoration, cosmetics, gourmet… “all made by those who sell it”.
A weekend plan that has free admission and can be attended from 11 am to 8 pm, to lose yourself quietly among the original and unique items of the various participating exhibitors.
For those who are wondering what kind of pieces can be found in the Mercado de las Conchas, we list some examples below: sweatshirts, t-shirts, bags, ceramics, silk garments, cushions, rugs, hand-painted fans, aprons, tablecloths, mirrors, scented candles, wines, artisan cheeses …
On the other hand, to regain strength, the market will have a foodtruck of paellas and another one of burgers of meat D.O Guadarrama and guacamole with pico de gallo, among other dishes.
New features of the Mercado de las Conchas 2025
This year, in addition, the Mercado de las Conchas comes with some novelty: there will be workshops both days by the hand of El Taller de Jimena. To sign up it is necessary to contact Jimena at jzallesv@hotmail.com. and they will be the following:
- Workshop of Easter hares of felted wool: 12:30h to 13:30h.
- Workshop of felted soaps: 17h to 18h.
