After a hot summer and before the spurt of gastronomic events such as Tapapiés, comes the VI edition of TAPA MUNDI, the vegan tapas route in Madrid, which will take place from September 19 to 29, 2024.
This new edition is presented as a continuation of the success of the previous ones, but with a renewed approach. This year, the tapas route is dedicated to Mediterranean culture, paying tribute to the flavors of virgin olive oil, garlic, orange, tomato, thyme, bay leaf and other wonders of Mediterranean gastronomy, recognized by UNESCO as Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.
During these eleven days, 16 vegan restaurants in Madrid will offer a variety of tapas inspired by Mediterranean cuisine. Prices will be 3 euros per tapa, or 4 euros if combined with a bottle of La Sagra beer.

- Freedom Diner: Empanada of homemade “escalivada” and “tuna”
- La Alpargata: Bite of chorizo sausage with roasted eggplant and fresh tomato and olive sauce.

- La Huella Vegana (Metro Bilbao): Mini pizza of pumpkin and roasted red bell pepper, with feta cheese, arugula and sun-dried tomatoes.

- Pizzi & Dixie: Piquillo stuffed with cod. Piquillo peppers with bechamel sauce and vegan cod. Piquillo pepper sauce.
- Santa y Pura: Santa Coca; Majorcan coca.
