From this Friday, November 7 and until the next day 23 Alcorcón will be celebrating ‘Alcorcón SaborQueMola’, the gastronomic route in which the attraction for the public is not the usual -the tasting of different snacks at a reduced price-, but the discovery of the dishes, tapas and culinary proposals star of the premises of the municipality.
The event, which aims to promote local gastronomy, celebrates its third edition this year 2025. Nearly 40 alcorconeros bars and restaurants will be participating in it, offering a wide variety of options to choose from.
Not only that: according to Joaquín Parejo, organizer of the culinary route, the event “defines the manifesto of the gastronomy of the future: a bold fusion between culinary heritage, local sustainability, technology and a total immersive experience”.
What will be served on the Alcorcón gastronomic route?
In this gastronomic route, as we say, not only tapas are offered, but also dishes come into play. As for the first ones, we find examples such as scrambled zarangollo, cod in crispy tempura, umami flower, boletus bite or tripe Madrid style.
As for the main courses, the options include Iberian prey toast, Diego Rivera enchiladas, Asturian-style tripe casserole, honeyed cheeks or scrambled eggs.

Prizes for voting for your favorite proposal
In addition, those who during these three weeks pass to try any of the proposals of the participating restaurants and bars, will have the opportunity to vote for their favorite through an app -which will be available soon-.
This will not only allow diners to give their opinion, but by doing so they will be eligible for the following prizes:
- The user with the most points scored on the app will win 3 lunches or dinners valued at €100 each.
- The second place will receive 2 lunches or dinners valued at 100 €.
- The third place will enjoy 1 lunch or dinner of 100 €.
The lucky winners will be able to choose the restaurant or restaurants where they want to redeem their prize from among those participating in the gastronomic route. In case the bill exceeds 100 €, they would only have to pay the difference.
