Singer Rels B will premiere his new album, titled love love FLAKK, before a Madrid audience. This free musical event will take place on May 7 at 9:30 p.m. in the Plaza Mayor, as the main event of the 2026 San Isidro Festival program. The municipal organizers kept this event under wraps until just hours before it took place.
The Mallorcan artist will share tracks from his upcoming project through a collective listening experience featuring a stage set designed specifically for the occasion. According to information provided to the media, this album incorporates influences from the Afro-musical universe. The musician recently concluded his A New Star World Tour, which saw him play to sold-out crowds at various large venues across Spain and Latin America.
Opening proclamation and traditional events

Rels B’s performance will take place immediately after the official start of the capital’s patron saint festivities. Journalist and writer Sonsoles Ónega will deliver the opening address at 8:00 p.m. in the Plaza de la Villa. As a prelude to this speech, DJ Pablo Pueblo will perform on the same stage starting at 7:00 p.m.
At the same time, the traditional parade of giants and big-heads will wind through the streets of the historic center. The procession will depart at 6:30 p.m. from the Museum of Popular Arts and Traditions. Classic characters from local culture, such as the chulapos Julián and Mari Pepa, La Latina, and Manolita Malasaña, will take part in this parade with over half a century of history. The rhythms of the dulzaina and the tamboril will guide the figures’ procession.
Residents will have access to the full program on the festival’s website.
