Madrid puts on its headphones again from May 21 to 25 with a new edition of Estación Podcast, the Ibero-American festival of sound creation. If you don’t know what it’s about: imagine five days of live recordings, conversations about narrative, humor, politics or journalism, and podcasters from Spain and Latin America. All free and open to the public. Where? In two of the most impressive cultural spaces in the center of Madrid: CentroCentro ( in the Palacio de Cibeles) and the Serrería Belga (in Alameda Street, next to CaixaForum).
And between episodes, hunger. Listening makes you thirsty, and sitting for two hours listening to four people talking about the evolution of true crime needs a reward. For that reason, and because eating badly is not an option if you are in the center of Madrid, here is a guide with restaurants that are worth it near both spaces.
