The best omelette in Spain, in Lavapiés

In this same neighborhood, those who wish can try what has been recognized just a few days ago as the best omelette in Spain by Alicante Gastronómica. Alejandro Oliveira, chef at La Falda (Calle de Miguel Servet, 4), is the young chef who has won this recognition after two previous attempts.
In the kitchen of this restaurant they are aware that the omelette they make, Betanzos style, is not to the liking of all palates. A risk that they have decided to take and that for the moment is giving them joy.
