There are many things to take into account before organizing a good team building in Madrid: to begin with, it should not be too long (but not too short either); it should have the right dose of adrenaline; the cultural component, which is the glue that binds everything together; and, as far as possible, it should be activities that everyone can enjoy. Meeting these requirements may seem impossible. But we have come to play:
1. WAH Madrid
Impossible not to fall into the temptation of a show in which Beyoncé can sound but also Puccini; AC/DC but, why not, Nina Simone or Paco de Lucía. This ambitious and grandiloquent madness is WAH Madrid, the show that, from IFEMA, represents a mythical and clandestine place where music sounds incessantly.
As food is important in any team building, WAH Madrid opens its doors to a huge food court full of world cuisines, inventive cocktails, premium drinks and, of course, live entertainment. The second part of the show takes place in the large theater, a tremendous room where, as a group, you will be able to reserve different seats with beverage service at the table. And that’s where the show begins: light cannons, dizzying visuals and a line-up of excellent musicians and performers.

2. Bingo for ladies
Impossible not to have a good time at Ladies Bingo. Team building here means resounding, absolute, unwavering success. Lorena Castell is the grand dame of this bingo, who sings a number that perrea down to the bottom or throws herself with the microphone to interpret Lola Flores.
Not in vain, the place where this hilarious bingo is held (Florida Park) is the same scenario in which the great Lola lost her earring. What if you try, among all the employees of the company, to find Lola’s earring as a parallel activity in this team building? Be warned: here, crossing out the number on the carton is the least important thing. People come to dance, to sing, to toast and to hallucinate with Lorena Castell and her corps de ballet.

3. Bulky Games
what if what you need to forget about work and unwind is to drop down large inflatable ramps, face a giant obstacle course and feel, once again, free, laughing non-stop?
Running is liberating. And to do so surrounded by colleagues, sharing moments of laughter and reconnecting with that child inside us, seems almost a chimera. But it is not: this is Bulky Games, the great race with water slides, giant bouncy balls… to be held on September 30 in Rivas. Be warned: in last year’s Bilbao edition, the Basques gave a master class in expertise and costume, with original group outfits.

💸 Group pack ticket: from 28’90€.
4. Kayak route on the Tagus River
The best way to know the Tagus is sailing it, and in group is more fun, also if you manage to coordinate with your companion of kayak is that you make a good team. Aranjuez has palaces and gardens to visit everywhere, but also one of the most important rivers of the peninsula. The Club Escuela de piragüismo Aranjuez, offers routes with and without instructor with which to enjoy the greenery that the river leaves as it passes through the valley of the Tajo, and see the gardens of the Prince and the Casa del Labrador as if we were in a royal falua, but somewhat less luxurious.
📍Starting point: Aranjuez.
5. Legally Blond?, the musical
A musical fills the soul and spirit: theater, music, acting. If we also add that it is the adaptation of the famous movie starring Reese Witherspoon, Legally Blond? we have the perfect combo. The plot of the musical, as well as that of the film, is still totally valid for its feminist values without leaving aside the pink touch, the vindication of blondes and the shrewd intelligence of our beloved Elle Woods.
A perfect plan for that team building where colleagues not only have fun but also take note of the power of pink.

6. Hiking in the mountains
Few things unite more than a long walk where you can have a leisurely chat, plus it’s easy to organize, inexpensive and you don’t have to go far to enjoy the open countryside.
An easy route is through the Dehesas de Cercedilla. They are one of the most important forest areas of the Community, and a perfect starting point and return for hiking trails in Madrid, in addition to the ideal place for a picnic. Among all the things to visit in the Zone are: the Roman road, the Poets’ viewpoint, the Cela’s Reloj, the road to La República and the small waterfalls called the Ducha de Los Alemanes (above in the image). It is a simple, circular route, perfect for a morning hike and then lunch in company.

7. La Chocita del Loro
La Chocita del Loro has been working for 25 years at the foot of the cannon (and the microphone and the laughter) from its three watchtowers in Madrid. Through the power of humor, barriers are broken and bonds between colleagues are strengthened, creating an environment conducive to open communication and joint creativity. La Chocita del Loro, with its perfect plan for a night of entertainment, reinforcing team spirit and cohesion.

8. Multi-adventure circuit
Zip lines, archery, paintball… a complete plan to discharge energy and awaken adrenaline as a team. There are several options of multiadventure plans to organize a good team building in Madrid, such as Multiaventura Park in Las Rozas and Pozuelo de Alarcón, or some as exciting as Zip Lines Go! In the reservoir of Las Encinillas in Guadarrama, where you can see the mountains from another perspective.
