September marks the end of summer, but not the end of the patron saint festivals and free concerts in the Community of Madrid. The Alcorcón City Council has already published the program for the 2026 Patron Saint Festivities, which includes performances by artists catering to all (or almost all) tastes, from local talent to nationally renowned performers. The events will take place from September 3 to 13, and admission to all of them will be completely free.
Regarding the program, the Councilwoman for Culture and Festivities, Miriam Benítez, stated that the intention is for it to be “broad and varied”: “It features not only well-known artists, but also our local artists.” Among the Alcorcón natives who will take the stage at the upcoming patron saint festivities are Zénit, Escandaloso Xpósito, singer-songwriter Jesús Caballero, and the guitar-driven pop band Era Paraíso.
La Pegatina, Zahara, Veintiuno, and Kiko Veneno will headline the festivities in Alcorcón, which will also feature performances by Natalia Lacunza, Rufus T. Firefly, La Cabra Mecánica, and El Último Ke Zierre, among others. A mix of different genres, featuring family-friendly shows, DJs playing urban and electronic music, and one day (Sunday, September 6) that seems to be set aside especially for rock and punk fans.
