Right after San Isidro. Almost as a counterpoint to the parade of entrails and the wide range of offal so typical of this holiday season, the fifth edition of Tapamundi, the vegan tapas route, arrives in Madrid on Thursday, May 16, which will run until May 26.
Eleven days during which 15 vegan restaurants of Madrid will offer a mini Alhambra reserva and a tapa at a price of 4€ -or 3€ if you decide to take only the food-.
For those of you who are already familiar with Tapamundi, the normal question to ask is mainly one: what gastronomy will this new edition of the vegan tapa route be dedicated to? Well, if last year the protagonist was the African, this 2024 is the turn of the Latin American.
