Outlets in Madrid have multiplied in recent years. They have gone from being stores in large shopping malls on the outskirts to specialized spaces in a niche market. From food to fabrics to electronics, there’s hardly a product you can’t find on deep discount anymore. Yes, you will probably have to rummage through a lot of items or return often to find what you’re looking for, but it’s a factor that also adds to the excitement of the experience.
1. El Corte Inglés de Arapiles
It is not the only outlet that El Corte Inglés has in Madrid, but it is the most interesting if you are looking for fashion brands. The first floor is dedicated to accessories, lingerie and well-known and mid-priced brands. Meanwhile, on the upper floor is the Zone they have called Gold. All the luxury ones are concentrated here, on one side for men and the other for women. From Balenciaga to Chloé, there are premium brands that can reach 70% off or more on some specific dates.

2. Wine Outlet
The wines at Madrid’s most gastro outlet are in perfect condition (they wouldn’t be sold otherwise), there has simply been too much stock or they are from past vintages or stained bottles.
It is a special store from the facade, which is intervened by the illustrator from Salamanca Ricardo Cavolo. The red that stars in their paintings goes well with the red of the more than one thousand references they have on their shelves. The price of these bottles varies: there is no fixed standard (there are bottles with a discount of up to 50%) because it depends on where they come from: whether it is their own distribution or from one of the wineries.

3. MediaMarkt Outlet
Among the products that can be found in the MediaMarkt outlet are refrigerators, washing machines, televisions, air conditioners and vacuum cleaners, as well as computer and mobility products. And the outlet has also been extended to the web, although they do not assure that there will be the same as in store.
There are discounts on electronics brands of up to 60% and in its store there are eight specialists to solve all possible doubts that customers may have during the purchase process. On the other hand, in addition to the products themselves, the store has “an extensive range of services and solutions, including a one-hour express repair service”.

4. Las Rozas Village
Two things make Las Rozas Village one of the commercial centers most attractive: first, it is the most exclusive and recognized luxury brand outlet in Madrid. It has the stores you would find in the Salamanca neighborhood, such as Prada, Gucci or Loewe, but at half the price. Second, it is open-air and quite a departure from the traditional shopping mall concept, being a decorated street with pastel-colored architecture.

5. A Mercadoria
A Mercadoria opened its first store in Madrid in 2022 and in a few months has a total of four. It specializes in Portuguese ceramics and is sold by weight.

7. Retal Outlet
Retal Outlet is one of the places to consider when you want to change the decoration of your home, but you are on a tight budget. In its two stores, one more centrally located and the other in San Sebastián de los Reyes, they sell fabrics for curtains, cushions or upholstery, as well as wallpaper. They also do their own tailoring and upholstery if you need not only the fabric, but the work itself, and they sell some furniture and cushions for display.

8. Crazy Day Factory
Crazy Day Factory works like this: on Friday it renews the stock of the entire store and fixes the price of the products at 15€, on Saturday it reduces it to 12€, on Sunday to 10€, on Monday to 8€, on Tuesday to 5€, on Wednesday to 3€ and on Thursday to 1€.
What they sell are Amazon closeouts, they report in their Instagram description. But Crazy Day Factory has proven to sell products of all kinds: household, electronics, kitchen or toys.
The queues, however, are not exclusive to Thursdays (the day when it is cheapest to shop in the store), but on Fridays hundreds of people swirl around the doors of the store from early in the morning.

9. Bimbo Outlet
In addition to the craze of the outlets in Madrid, there is Bimbo. The brand’s goal with the two stores is to minimize food waste and to dispose of excess stock, even if it is food, is already part of the business cycle. To that end, here they sell products with an approaching best-before date – it is recommended to look at it before buying anything – or with expired packaging.
The Bimbo universe covers every corner of the store and you can find everything from Eagle (peanuts with honey and salt) to Donettes (sometimes with offers of six packs for 3€) through different breads (such as sliced or wholemeal) or industrial pastries such as Pantera Rosa.
📍 Calle Cigoitia, 2 (Plenilunio) and Calle de Navarra (Leganés)
10. Action Supermarkets
The average price in Action supermarkets is no more than €2 and more than 1,500 supermarket products are priced at less than €1. The formula is simple and, above all, very economical: offer at very low prices 6,000 products in 14 different categories (from toys to handicrafts and products for the home, gardening, DIY and food). That is the bet of the supermarket chain Action, which has a 1,000 square meter store in Alcalá de Henares.
